Vibrating Fluidized Bed Dryer
Working Principle
The basic structure and type of the machine is similar with Horizontal Fluidized Bed Dryer. The difference is the machine assembled with vibrating motors at two sides of bed body. The material is fluidized through both mechanical vibration and the air flow, and under the force of excitation force it continuously moves forward along with horizontal direction. At the same time, the hot air from the bed bottom makes the material be in fluidized status. When granules touch the hot air, then it start strong heat mass transfer to realize ideal drying effect.
Advantages:
1.Can accomplish drying and cooling simultaneously
2.Not easily blocked, and easy discharging
3.Can get even fluidization under lower air speed to bring down the power consumption greatly, then reduce the granule abrasion and dust entrainment.
4.With even staying time of the material and easily control the staying time
