Steel belt type Pastillator Machine for hot melt material pastillating
Operating principle
The rotating belt condensation granulator / Pastillator Machine, also called steel belt pelletizer, by the distributor (drop-former), makes the fusing materials from the upstream process drop evenly on the steel belt moving a constant speed underneath. There is a water return device under the steel belt which can spray cooling water to cool and solidify the fusing material during the course the material is moving, achieving the aim of granulation.
According to the material properties and operating requirements, the distributing device can make half spherical, strip or slice products by different operation such as continuous dropping, continuous making strip or full width spillover.
With different name calling: steel belt pastillator, belt pelltizer, steel belt granulator, steel belt pelletizer, patillator machine, wax pastillator, magnesium chloride pastillator, magnesium chloride granulator, wax granulator, resion pastillator, resin pastillator, hot melt material granulator, hot melted material pastillator, hot melting pastillator and etc.
Main advantage
The granulation size and form can be chosen.
The distributor and the steel belt both adopt the frequency conversion stepless speed governing device for adjusting the control according to the production capacity and material parameters.
Avoid dust during discharging, and protect the particle shape.
Due to its smooth running and lower noise, the working conditions can be improved, thus the production efficiency can be improved.

Applied ranged
The rotating belt condensation granulator / Pastillator Machine, is appropriated for material of melting point not more than 250℃ needing to coagulate and be granulation. For example: sulfur, paraffin, petroleum resin, C5 resin, C9 resin, C5c9 polymer resin, sulfide sodium, pitch, maleic anhydride, stearic acid products, hot melt adhesive, kinds of additive, rubber, plastic additive, antioxidant, light stabilizer 622/944 and so on.(Chart: granulation molding product samples)
