Working Principle

The complete granulation and drying process are finished in the roller. Firstly produce solid seed granules at one end of the roller when spraying calcium chloride liquid into the roller, and these seed granules are discharged from another end of the roller as they gradually enlarge in the process of spraying and drying. The calcium chloride granules produced by the machine are solid spherical granule, with good smoothness, hardness and slow dissolution.

It can produce dehydrate and anhydrous calcium chloride granules, water content can be74%-77% and more than 94%, with even granule and smooth surface.
