1.In heat exchanging filed more than 300℃, the machine is upgraded surrogate product of finned tube exchanger and tubular heat exchanger
2.The maximum temperature of hot fluid can be 950℃
3.Light weight, smaller occupied space, heat exchanging square can be 20m2/m3
4.Two-way corrugated plate, increase film coefficient of heat transfer greatly. The heat transfer efficiency is 2-3 times of finned tube exchanger and tubular heat exchanger, can reach more than 40W/m2.K
5.Elastic welding structure and special expansion joint solve the broken problem of thermal expansion.
6.Adopts full cast molding structure, stable structure and no deformation. Steel consumption per square meter is only two fifths of tubular heat exchanger.
7.Modular designing, multiple combination, unit assembling square can be more than 10000m2
8.It’s internal thermal insulation, adopts combined insulation material, wall temperature ≤60℃
9.Full welding structure, solving the leaking problem of sealing gasket
