Process Description
This process consists of a filter cake preparation system, filter cake conveying system, hot air supply system, drying system, and exhaust gas treatment system.

The filter cake preparation system uses a filter press to transform slurry with ~70% moisture content into filter cake material with ~35% moisture content.

The filter cake material is then fed into the drying equipment via belt conveyors and screw conveyors.

The hot air supply system comprises:

• A burner for fuel combustion
• A high-temperature gas purification unit to ensure clean drying flue gas
• An air mixing device to maintain the drying air temperature within process requirements
